Joe came into the energy efficiency industry 13 years ago, working as a Sales Manager for a company that installed loft and cavity wall insulation.
He started Baxter Kelly 10 years ago from his kitchen table and grew the business to a £40m+ turnover, running all areas of the business before putting management teams in place.

Fern was Baxter Kelly's accountant for a couple of years before moving in-house as Finance Manager, quickly becoming Head of Finance and building a team below her.
She took a business that was in a mess with paperwork and financial systems and created an organised department that could produce accurate reporting. Fern built processes and policies alongside the management team to allow the business to run "like a real business", which meant Baxter Kelly passed its first ever external financial audit.
Fern is qualified in MATT and specialises in audit, governance, and reporting across multi-scheme programmes.
Dan has almost 20 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. He's a qualified Retrofit Assessor with Level 3 certification in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings.
With a background in technical surveying, Dan joined Baxter Kelly as a technical surveyor and as the company grew, he built the team beneath him, working his way to Director of ECO.
He was responsible for all areas of ECO and GBIS from lead generation to project submission.
Dannii joined Baxter Kelly in a submission role but quickly became Heating Manager, increasing boiler installs from 2 per week to 100.
Due to her success in this role, Dannii was offered the Head of Schemes position when this department was created. Here she became responsible for all non-ECO sources of revenue such as SHDF, HUG, and LAD.
She has overseen and managed 12 SHDF projects that spread nationwide, covering all energy efficiency measures.
